Digital Signage Display Request

How Can We Help?

Promote your event or announcement across digital signage displays in the JFSB and JKB by submitting a digital signage request.

Approved signs are displayed on rotating screens in the following locations:
- JFSB Northeast Lobby
- JFSB Northeast Basement
- JFSB 3rd Floor
- JFSB 4th Floor
- JKB 3rd Floor

Signs are typically displayed for up to two weeks prior to an event. Each slide appears for approximately 10 seconds and rotates in randomized order throughout the day.

To ensure your signage is posted by your requested date, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute submissions, placement cannot be guaranteed due to limited signage space. Priority is given to College of Humanities related content.

Digital Sign Requirements:
Please ensure your file meets the following specifications:
- File format: JPG, PDF, or GIF
- Dimensions: 1920 x 1080 px (16:9 ratio)
- File size: under 2 MB
- Includes an official BYU logo

Design Recommendations:
For best visibility and readability:
- Keep text concise
- Use strong color contrast
- Avoid placing important information within 1 inch of the edges
