How can we help
Digital signs are located in the following areas:
- JFSB northeast lobby
- JFSB northeast basement
- JFSB 3rd Floor
- JFSB 4th Floor
- JKB 3rd Floor
Submit digital signage through the portal below with preferred display dates (no more than two weeks). Files must be <2MB and in PNG, JPG, or GIF format. The image size must be 1920x1080 pixels (16:9). Minimize text, maximize contrast, and don’t put critical info within 1/2” of the edge.
Event details from digital signage will be added to the College event calendar. If you have additional events you’d like to let us know about, email h-pr@byu.edu. We’ll add your event to the master calendar for the College, and, based on speaker-level approvals, we’ll add the event to online calendars for the College and the university.
As of April 13, 2023, we will no longer advertise classes unrelated to study abroad or internship programs.
