Biography
Brian Croxall is associate research professor of digital humanities at Brigham Young University, where he designs, implements, and manages digital research projects across the College of Humanities as well as teaches courses on digital humanities and American literature. Prior to this position he worked at Brown University as Digital Humanities Librarian and at Emory University as Digital Humanities Strategist and Lecturer of English.
His co-edited volumes What We Teach When We Teach DH: Digital Humanities in the Classroom (2023) and Like Clockwork: Steampunk Pasts, Presents, and Futures (2016) were both published by the University of Minnesota Press. He serves on the Committee on Amendments to the Constitution of the Modern Language Association (MLA) and recently completed terms on the Executive Council and Program Committee of the MLA and the Executive Board of the Association of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO).
