Biography
Didier Chanal is an adjunct faculty member of the French and Italian Department at Brigham Young University. He earned a Juris Doctor in 1994 from the University of Auvergne in France. He subsequently held the positions of territorial attaché, city manager and director of ‘La Fondation pour l’Enfance’ (The Children’s Foundation).
He moved to Utah in 2013 and became a French and Dual Language Immersion teacher.
In 2024 he began teaching Advanced French and Contemporary France courses at BYU.
