Biography
Jennifer Haraguchi is an associate professor of Italian in the Dept of French and Italian. She earned a BA in International Relations from BYU, an MA in Italian Studies from the University of Virginia, and a PhD in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Chicago. She has published articles in The Sixteenth Century Journal, Early Modern Women: An Interdisciplinary Journal, and I Tatti Studies in the Italian Renaissance and is currently completing a critical edition and English translation of the creative and administrative works of the seventeenth-century Florentine writer and educator Eleonora Ramirez di Montalvo for the series The Other Voice in Early Modern Europe (Iter Press, University of Toronto).

Jennifer teaches courses on Italian literature, history and culture along with an honors course on virtue. She also directs the Rome Internship and Study Abroad programs.Honors and Awards
